My webpage (CSS and Html) now converting it to a template!!!

I have my webpage created in dreamweaver with (html and css) my webpage is:

But i want to implement open cart into these section of my webpage:

http://maliajoyeria.com/html/promociones.html

Can some one please help me i am a fast learner??
