Product Options - Need Help Quicly

I have all of my product option groups along with their option set up in the OpenCart options area. However, when I go to create a product and add those option groups will it not save past 96 single options.

For instance - we product trophies which have several options: base color, column colors, trim, mylars and figures. Each of those option groups have options in them with the larges being figures at 337 options. Some of my products need several of these option groups.

The old website (my current one) which wasnt opencart was able to do this and I was told OpenCart was too. I've contacted OpenCart support and they stated I have no limits and should contact my hosting company to make sure my max_input_vars were set correctly. So, I contacted Arvixe and they stated they were set to 2000 and I should be fine. From there I contacted a designer who redid my header and footer areas and he said to make sure the max_input_vars was set to 2000. Which it is. Then I contacted the company who created the template and he said to open a bug report - which I did. They closed the report and considered it not a bug.

I cannont add any products that require these options until I get this fixed and I am really behind on this project.

If anyone knows of a solution or could help that would be greatly appreciated.

I increased the max_input_vars to 4000 that still didnt work, wont save past 96 even though all my option groups with options are saved in the options area. It just wont save in the product itself.

Hmmmm - this is aggravating
