HELP! Checkout continue button hides under next section

Hi everyone
I really need some help with my clients Opencart site. We are trying to add instructional tips in the checkout. But now for some reason when you go to the checkout page and try and fill in the details, the CONTINUE button hides under the next section. I am guessing it is a <div> problem but I am not sure.

Has anyone else had this problem. You can see the image I have attached to see what I mean. Please please help me
