just want a basic site, any suggestions?

just want a basic site, categories down the left side (because will have 20+ categories), maybe cart, information and best sellers on the right and recent listing in the middle, something similar to this site.

is this something i can do in the admin panel or do i need to buy a template? if so any suggestions which one?

will have many items so all the banners and fancy stuff i really don't think will work for me but take away from customers finding what they need.

also what would you suggest for the best SEO Friendly Page Titles?
