Is there a way, or is there a module available, that will allow for 2, separate, CATEGORY listings?
Qphoria has a Split Category extension:

The one on OpenCartX states it's only compatible with 1.5.x versions at the moment, but I think he has a 1.5/2.0-compatible version. He'll likely add it there soon.
