Opencart 2.0 Captcha not working (worked fine in 1.5xx)

I just upgrade the OC from 1.5 to 2.0.1.1, but some how, in the same server the version 1.5.x is working fine without any issue.

But, in 2.0.1.1 the captcha is not working again.
what's going on and how to solve this?
