I fill out all of the required information and it will not keep the settings in the store settings under the admin settings menu. I have changed the permissions to 755 for both config and index files and still will not fix it. Thoughts?

Thank you for the response back. I did but that isn't quite the issue. I have done the solution mentioned which is to check all and save the permissions. Still busted
