Paypal Express Confirmation Undefined Variable: shipping

Hi Guys,

I am getting an error when checking out with Paypal Express on Opencart v2.0.1.1:

"Notice: Undefined variable: shipping in /home/jupiterl/public_html/opencart/catalog/view/theme/default/template/payment/pp_express_confirm.tpl on line 33".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add an item to cart
2. Click on Checkout with Paypal Express Icon
3. Log into Paypal, continue
4. Get passed back to website, to the pp express confirmation page, with error displayed.

Note, I am still able to proceed and complete the transaction successfully

I'd really appreciate any help anyone could provide.

I also have this problem, exactly as you describe it. I'm running an unaltered site with the demo data.

I have the exact same problem,
However it's not consistent, it happens about every 15 or 20 orders.
I was able to replicate it before, but unable now.

It used to happen on mobile device only, basket > express
It would be fine for checkout > express

Now when it does happen with customers it happens on mobile devices, never desktop, but since July 8th, I've been unable to replicate it, nothing was changed since, but it used to happen with every order via mobile basket > express.
Now just every 15 to 20 orders.

So makes no sense to me.
