SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1

Hi

I did a new installation of opencart 2.0.1.1 and added a new theme..

during the checkout when i select register or guest checkout and proceed, and then when i fill in the customer details.. i get the below error
any idea what might be causing it?

Sounds like a problem with the theme - I suggest you contact the theme developer.

If it's a free theme, put a link on here so we can have a look at it.

i have contacted theme theme guys but still no reply...
