Maybe someone has done this before.

I tried to set up a new front end on the same database. Normaly that would go well if the configs are routed to the right domains. I have https for most of my stores (multi store) When i set up the copy (domain 2) and route cache and database to (domain 1) it still gives https error on domain 2.

Is there a way around that or keeps this happening becaus the main files are https?

I think it has to do something with 'use ssl' in settings, thats why domain 2 also starts with https. Changing DEFINE HTTPS in config didn't work. So somehow I need to reroute the copy's config (domain 2) to non SSL
