UberCSV Errors on Import of Orders

Let me first say that I have contacted the author but have yet to receive any official response. I have imported users and addresses successfully. My third step was to import orders. I exported 3 test orders to get the csv file to show columns and values. I then thought I had successfully entered in all correct information. But I get the following errors which I have attached to this and tried to show below. I have attached the csv file that I am trying to import my orders from. I have tested this on the demo site and the same problem persists. I even tried the original export, and it gives the same error messages.
