No notification email for approved customers

Customer never receives notification email of account approval.

I have the 'Approve New Customers' option on yes in my group options so that my customers need to be approved by the admin.

When a customer registers they receive a 'thank you for registering' email no problem.

Next the admin approves the customer and the customer can now login in.

The issue is that the customer never receives an email to confirm approval.

Could you provide your site url and a admin account via PM, so I can take a look at the problem closer?

Some come here, to get replies only, they do NEVER share their knowledge.
So, the best way would be, to make FOO's out of them, so, one does not waste time, any longer,
to possibly support such peoples ever again.
