Missing administrator panel language tab

Can't change administrator panel language. I have language pack but don't have administrator language tab in setting.
Please help

Can You see tab 'Local'?

Hi!
I have tab - LOCALISATION.
Inside I have tabs: Store location, languages, Currencies, Stock statuses, Order statuses, return, countries, zones, geo zones, taxes, lenght classes, weight classes.
Don't have administrator panel language tab.

Log in to your admin. Go to "System->Settings" and edit the settings for the default store. Under the "Local" tab you can set the administration language.
