Hi all,

I just installed Opencart 2.0.1.1 and when I tried to edit my store setting, i got this " Warning: Please check the form carefully for errors!", even if I just simple change the phone number and hit save, I would still get the same warming message, it wouldn't let me save or everything will back to default after.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

As the warning message suggests, you need to check the form for any "errors" or required fields that have not been filled. Look under every tab on the store settings form.

I think it's the software itself, the default phone number is 123456789, I tried changing it to 123456788 and hit save, i still got the same error message. I didn't change anything else.

Have a look under the other tabs, e.g. "Store" and "Options", they have required fields that may not be filled out.

Go to System>>Settings>>Order Status and create an order status then come back and change anything you want. That should do.

Is there a fix for getting this error when in settings? I'm using a new instal on 2.2 and even if you don't put anything in the forms to try and save... the same error comes up. I'm sure I came across this error some time ago in an older version and it was a matter of a minor change in a config file like changing a 0 to a 1? can anyone help please?

I have the same problem, still unsolved.
I keep reading the forum to find the solution.
