[Help] Email, Multiple Item's doubling, Random banner?

Hey guys, I have a few questions,
1. I thought I had set up to recieve emails when a new customer joins and orders etc however I do not recieve them
2. I use multiscraper it only makes one item but it posts to my website heaps of doubles tripples etc, is there something I am doing wrong ?
3. Is there a way to make the banners random ? instead of them doing the same thing over and over ?

You could possible use mandrill to set-up an smtp account and set your opencast to use smtp - thats been a common problem with some servers out there.

Other other issues you have - i could contact the multi scraper extension makers directly and for random banners I'm sure someone can help.
