Why Can't I Edit Bank Transfer Instructions Opencart 2.0.1.1

I have just upgraded my opencart from 1.5.4.1 to 2.0.1.1.

My problem is I am not able to edit the bank transfer instructions for opencart 2.0.1.1: https://www.dropbox.com/s/el3ys1q0zpazy ... r.jpg?dl=0

Every time I make a change and click save, but when I check back it reverts to the original version, the one I wrote in the past when I was still using 1.5.4.1. The changes just do not stick.

What can I do to solve this?
