Discount - "Or More" change text to quantity

People, I'm kinda desperate here.

Can anyone PLEASE help me with this one?!

So OC 2.0x displays quantity discount prices like this:

100 or more = money
200 or more = money
300 or more = money

I want it to appear like this:

1 to 100 = money
101 to 200 = money
201 to 300 = money

I've been trying to figure out how to make this change for a few weeks now... My PHP skills suck.
