Wrong in calculation

I just had a customer pay 17 SEK about 2 dollars to much beacuase open cart miscalculated the order.
It added the FULL amount of the shipping cost PLUS the VAT of the shipping cost wich resulted in that the customer paid to much for her order.
shipping cost was 67 this sum was added to the total and also the VAT for the shipping cost was added to the total VAT amount of the intere order.
This is not good and embarrasing for me.

Did not check OC 2.x calculations.
While with 1.5.x this was always correct, I guess it should be also okay for 2.x
Maybe wrong positions of the checkout modules could be the reason - rearrange the postions of the checkout modules.

I have not changes anything so the order is as from the beginning.
What should the order be?
Total without VAT is 1
Bonus is 2
shipping is 3
discount is 4
VAT is 5
Credit is 7
gift card 8
total 9

This issue is solved.
Tax rate "Eco Tax" must Delete.

First of all this tax was not added to the order. The tax ammount for shipping and only the shipping was added twice!
Second i can´t delete this eco tax post.
Something is wrong obviously.
Help to really solve this would be appriciated.

This Eco Tax must first delete from Tax Classes, after from Tax Rates.

Thank you for your answer but i deleted it from tax classes when i set up my shop weeks ago and i still can´t delete it from tax rates.
But his Eco tax has not been added to any orders.
As long as i write the shipping costs including tax and choose the no tax option for shipping costs this problem is gone. But this is not a good solution as the costumer get the wrong tax sum and i have to re-write every receipt manually both for the costumer and for my book keeping .
If this can be corrected i can just print the receipt from the shop.
Thank you for trying to help.

So are you already deleted this?
Yes, the removal rate I will be successful if it has been removed from here.
If you are using a tax rate of VAT (20%) (or a modified version), Eco Tax amount will be added automatically.
You Create a new, "free" tax class to which you add one (1) tax rate.

Hi, Karolina.
You do not need to remove the former example-tax rates.
Step 1: Remember to create a new Geo Zones according to your country? To create this link, the System / Geo Zones.
Step 2: Create New Tax Rate e.g VAT(21%). Select Your Geo Zone.
Step 3: Create New Tax Class e.g. name "General" and select tax rate VAT(21%)
