check out items not showing up

Hi
I am using Payza.
When a customer pays for an item, I am able to receive the complete total but Opencart is not:
1. loging my customers details in the admin
2. I am not receiving information as to what the customer has ordered therefore I always have to ASK what the client has ordered
I was told that i could go in the backend database and do a table lookup for orders but no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this bug? I was told that I could look up the order in the tables All information will be stored in oc_order , oc_order_dowload, oc_order_product......oc_order_voucher but that is not true because I see nothing that gives me the customers name associated with the quantity they ordered etc.
