Private and Paid Membership Area

Hi,

I want to create a product where it will have access to a page with information, something like a downloadable PDF but it is not downloadable.

Member who bought this item "A" will then gain access to this "private area" with the link.
He/she can then access to this CMS page where all the information will be place here.
This CMS page should be private to the public and only customers who have bought item "A" can have access, they need to do a 2-step login as well.

This CMS page should be easily created in the Opencart admin system, something like a Information page.

Is there any extension that can do this?
