In my opinion clothing stores look nicer and more professional when they don't use colour but instead keep things simple with a white background. There are plenty of themes which draw from sites such as H&M for this classy look.
Best of luck with your store!

I disagree, reason being that the colors chosen for this background are very complimentary to the dress colors and the box colors. Not too flashy, but grabs your attention. A white background is nice for other pages, but you also run the risk of "sameness" instead of a little boldness.TotalWeb wrote:In my opinion clothing stores look nicer and more professional when they don't use colour but instead keep things simple with a white background. The only item I would change is the blinking "we need your help", bad color combo and the flashing is a bit unnerving. If you want to do a poll, go ahead and state it as such. I would enter that way instead of the way it is now. Plus, being a woman, I would much rather know that your store stocks a wide range of sizes -including those for 'normal sized women who are size 8 and above' Just my two cents.
I think you have done a great job so far.
