I like the setup, the logo however is too busy. The knife edge is a great graphic but the jagged-edge font is difficult to read. You might consider a simple black or black and yellow font combo which would still contrast with the graphic and give you more branding power for your buck. Easy to read = easy to remember.

One other item is the Add to Cart buttons, the spacing under the images should be uniform across the row, I would play with the css for that.
Banners look good along with their timings.

Designing of site is good...I like your logo, its very well designed. Overall site looks simple yet attractive.

1. Your banner should be bigger, no empty spaces on left and right.
2. Tyr using 4 items per row, the site will look more massive and full.
