After update products all related products missing

Hello,
using XML import script (my own) for importing new products from XML feed of my supplier.

Script works: if I run script, all products get status = 0, so all products are turn off. If products are in XML, products will turn on on my eshop again.
My problem is all related products missing after script run so I must add related products again..

Any help please?
