Why my extension [multi_pay_2_3.zip] not installed?
error: "Invalid file type!"

Rename file to multi_pay_2_3.ocmod.zip and try again.

You should take a look at the document of the extension again.
Extension Installer requires extension name which has suffix .ocmod.zip.
