Disabling Returns makes columns formating error in History

When I disable Returns throught the CP, the table that shows the bought product information (from the logged in customer overview of past purchases - Order history) does not format properly because it is missing a part called "actions" (found it in CSS when I look at the same table when the Returns are enabled) from the header, thus displaying wrong header text for appropriate fields.

Can you please tell me what to do to correct this, I don't want to use Returns and want the table to be properly formatted? Thank you in advance.

The screenshot of the issue is attached.

The upper raw (Product name,....) and the bottom one (where the cart icon is) are not in line, they are not formatted properly.

Thanks for posting this. This concerns me also, as my shop (for now) is all digital downloads and I won't need the return function also.
