I am Using 2.0 version Yesterday i have just changed my user name & password after that i can't log in at all. I tried Using oc_user of changing MD5... also tried to regian password by ocreset.php but still not able to recover my admin password. Looking forward to your assistance really.

Opencart no longer uses MD5 when storing passwords. It is now using SHA + salting before storing.
I will not agree with your assertion that someone hacked your password. It probably something that you did wrong.
Since you have already tempered with password hash it will most likely not work now in any case.
If you have setup your emails correctly you may reset your opencart admin password by using the 'Forgot Password' link

If you have access to the db you're fine, just figure out how to insert a dummy password to regain access and than change it back once you get access.
If there isn't a tutorial on how to manually insert a temporary password you'll have to figure out how to get a password that you know added to the db for your user.
