Hello, I made an upgrade from 1.5.1.1 to 1.5.6.4, then login with subadmin account >>> CATALOG >> PRODUCT >> EDIT, generating a double control panel as the image that I uploaded, I and view source code from the same page navigate to where the problem lies. further down the page opens normally and all functions work. This is ONLY IN Administrators group and users. top administrator and top groups do not have this problem. not helped add - remove users or new groups with new users refresh or other actions. tried by removing the additional modules in vqmod, no positive result has the same appearance of the second admin panel. i have a text file with source code ot page but was rejected by forum system , here is web address for downloading source code of page http://forflowershop.com/web/

To fix this problem, you can go to Admin > System > Users > User Groups > Edit your user group > Select all Access Permissions.

like i say it , i don't want to give full permissions of sub admins, that is why i post a bug after upgrade 
when give rights for extension/feed , extension/manager , extension/module , extension/openbay , extension/payment
extension/shipping , extension/total , ALL extenshions , store works normally, but will be great if this inline second control panel is just a simple text in red for rights of sub users
