How to change the image size for store

Hi, could someone tell me how to change the size of the image for my store please... I'm not very good at this (yet!) so please give explanations step-by-step! Thanks!

Hi and thanks for your reply. I had a quick look at this [in the cPanel correct?]... got a bit overwhelmed by it as even though I was in image manager it came up with sooooo many folders with names I didn't quite understand! Will need a long time to get my head round all that!!!
