US-based Opencart Developer Needed For Small Project

Hello all,

We're looking for a US-Based Opencart developer to complete a small project on our Opencart-based site.

The project will primarily consist of standard HTML/CSS changes -- along with swapping out some module content on the homepage as well. It's a relatively small project, and I can send over a PDF spec of precisely what it is we're looking to accomplish, as well as have a phone or IM discussion to further clarify.
