[Solved]PayPal Product Checkout Name

Someone here MUST change the search function for these forums.
When I searched for "PayPal Product Checkout Name" it said it IGNORED "PayPal, Product & Checkout" leaving only "name" as a search term so just what good does that do anybody?
That's the most asinine thing EVER.
My problem in OpenCart 1.4.7
PayPal carries over the name of the store, but not the name of the product and I would like to uncover how to fix this if possible.
