That is show 'None', because is not found other big 'D' first char Category.
You do test: Add category 'Dakota'.

Me too. But you can do like my trick, You can switch to another tab browser such as Mozilla, and then back to your product tab edit, the autocomplete you want is there.

It seems on slow internet connection, autocomplete doesn't work. For slower internet connection below 1 Mbps, this autocomplete doesn't work properly, but for 1 Mbps above autocomplete on product input, it work fine.

When I at home, my connection slower then 1.2 Mbps, this is happen. But when I work at my office that have more than 1,2 Mbps, it's fine.
