footer text and banners flickering on the index page

It's the same speed as the slider so i assume there is some problem with that.
When i remove the slider the flickering text stops and if i only have the banner that is flickering even if i have 1 banner (not rotating). i use opencart 2.0.1.1 www . tasty cards . co

Anyone else who have had this problem?
It would be nice to fix so i can finish my design. As it is now i can't use any "banner" as a part of my layout (info and links to products)
