TAX after check-out not at product page

Hey guys,
Right now when you click on one of my product the price includes the cost of the tax. But I want the tax to show at the check-out ONLY. Is there a setting or extension I can use to fix this?
See the picture to understand what I am trying to say.
In the example image, the item is $25 but it shows as $27 (because it included the tax)
