Uploading extensions problem

Hi Guys,

I have come far to ask for your wisdom..

I have a serious problem that put a bump in my homepage developement. Im using Open Cart 2.0 and
when im trying to upload extensions to the extensions installer i get the error message "invalid file type!"
Even though i tried both .zip and .xml . I tried to upload the file via different browsers (Chrome, IE, firefox). I Even tried to upload from a MAC to see if it would help.. Same problem at every try. FYI the extension that im trying to install is (One Click Catalog Mode) (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... n_id=19243)

I tried to install VQMod to install the extensions that way.. I istalled VQMod v2.5.1 and then installed it on the site
but when i access it i only get the error "VQMod does not appear to be properly generating vqcache files!".. So that dident work out..

With long search for solutions to the problem at hand i have nothing more then to ask your advice.

What should i do? How do i solve the extension installation problem on my site?
