Theme panel skeleton for 2.0, any interest?

Hi all theme developers,

As it is a bit harder to create theme settings for Opencart 2.0 than 1.5.6. (since this->config->get cant be called from the template files), we decided to figure out a solution to store large amount of settings to be used in the template files. Our solution don't require modifications to the catalog/controller files.

Instead, all it takes is a few line of code in index.php. Then, you can use all values stored in the theme panel directly in any of your template files.

Our plan is to create a starting kit for theme developers. The starting kit will contain:

- An admin module, with well commented code, containing the following elements:
- Simple text input, both single language/multilingual
- Custom blocks using the editor, both single language and multilingual
- Select lists
- Google webfonts selection
- Image uploader
- Image selection, for background patterns etc

This is aimed to be used for theme developers to create advanced themes without using tons of vQmod scripts. With the kit, it will be much easier to create theme settings.

So, the question is, is it worth doing this sort of extension you think? Any interest to use it?
