Information AND Category Pages Menu

Does anyone know if it's possible for me to create a custom category menu that includes both category pages and information pages together? EG...

Desktops (Category)
>Mac (Sub-Category)
>PC (Sub-Category)
Cameras (Category)
>Canon (Information Page)
>Nikon (Information Page)
Phones

I need to manually order the items and for the menu to be collapsible. Essentially what I need is a custom link menu module that can nest the links so that they appear to be sub-menu items.

I've looked at a load of menu extensions but haven't been able to find anything yet...
