Activate a Product's Description Tab

Hello: I am using OpenCart 2.0's default template (no secondary template). I see some of the example Product pages have a Description tab and a Specifications tab. When I create a new Product, it's Products page only has a default Description tab. How do I get (that Product's) Specifications tab to appear ? Just noting, I've discovered how to make (that Product's) Review tab to appear. Thank-you MLR

I believe when you add Attributes, the Specifications tab comes up automatically.

I don't have access to my test site at the moment but I believe that's how it works
