Email and contactpagina not working properly

Good day,

I have a problem with the contactpage and orderconfirmation email. I don't understand where it goes wrong and hope that someone can help me. I think the error with the contactpage has a link with the fact that we don't receive an orderconfirmation email. Sending the contact information page does not work with SMTP or MAIL. Below you find the error message.
