Product images not displayed

I have installed OpenCart v.2. I am trying to upload images for the products and images are showing in the image manager. However, it is not displayed in the product menu or product page or anywhere for that matter. Even after inserting my choice of image, it is still showing the default image of the 'cart'. I have tried clearing the cache but to no avail. Please help me with this.

I am having similar issues. My images are on a remote server. And, even if I supply the complete URL to the image, I get nothing. We are looking at having over 40,000 products w/images - just too much to upload.

Any ideas?

Same cant add any photo.
If I will upload photos to server through ftp and try load them by using opencart manager i have two problems.

1 If photos are in main folder the manager will not popup

2 If photos are in sub folder the manager will popup but i can't open this folder
