Can I change my sites Time Zone?

My statistics on the dashboard seem to line up with a different time zone...
I live in California (Pacific Standard Time) - but I think my dashboard is set to something else.
Is there a way to check this?

Wow. That does certainly look like an in depth and extensive extension that you have created. That does WAY more than I need.
Is there any way to simply change my sites code a little to let it know I'm in California without adding this whole extension?
