Orders not showing up in "order history " for some customers

Can anyone please give some insight on why a customer cannot see previous orders in the " order history" tab while logged into their account? I confirmed the order was placed and us showing up on the admin, but when checking the order history as the customer logged in it is now showing up which I have confirmed logged in as the customer. Thanks

Did you check if this customer has multiple accounts?

The same problem we are facing here. i mean
1. some customers they couldn't see their order in history after successfully purchase.
2. Not show in order history because i saw in database the customers id status is 0 even i have disabled the guest checkout.
3. it's not for all customers happening this only for some customers we are facing this here.
anybody has solution for this ? anybody has faced this problem in past? any guidance?
