Hi I am trying to upgrade from V1.5.5.1 to V1.5.6.4, but I got the following error:

Notice: Error: Can't DROP 'category_id'; check that column/key exists
Error No: 1091
ALTER TABLE `category` DROP INDEX `category_id` in /home1/XXXX/public_html/XXXXXX.com/system/database/mysql.php on line 50

I continue refresh the page and each time I got a different error in different table, at the end it showed a success message, but now when I open my site it doesn't show CSS, I mean it shows the site without any CSS although I put default theme
Any sugesstions?

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page.

Thanks the problem was in .htaccess I had Shoppica theme installed earlier and it modified .htaccess

Reason #348 I avoid Shoppica like the plague.
