Customer Add Comment to Product (not Entire Order)?

Hello

I am creating a shop to sell t-shirts. We sell customised t-shirt where the customer can specify what text they would like on the back?

Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow the user to enter a message on the product page? They may order a few t-shirts and want a different name on each t-shirt, so I believe the message will need to be on the product page and not in the message bar at the Checkout.

Hope someone can help with this, been struggling.

That should be a simple case of adding a product option of the type text or textarea to each item
