Seo URL's doesn't work!

How to turn on Seo URL's in OpenCart 2.0 ?
I wrote my user url on feild in Category, but it's doesn't work - index.php?route=product/category&path=64 (not changed).
I have not .htaccess file on my server (because in base package this file does not also). How to switch on Seo Urls functions?
upd1 - I find .htaccess file, but Seo Urls still does not work...
upd2 - sorry, guys! I find option to turn on Seo Urls (system-server). But, how I can change /name to /name.html ?
upd3 - Seo Url does not work on /index.php?route=information/contact, /index.php?route=product/manufacturer, /index.php?route=account/account, /index.php?route=account/account and etc. (
