Language Switch Functionality Lost After Move

I have move the storefront to different domain name, same server & another directory.

Changed both 'config.php' files to match new domain.

Store loads and works ok, but the language can't be changed, doesn't do anything anymore.

Played around with cache and nothing. About to do a clean install but will like to avoid it. Any ideas?
