Urgently need access to my account

I know someone will probably say I shouldn't post this here but I really have no more options.

I desperately need access to my opencart account to access an extension I purchased last week.

My username is unknownmale. Since last week the site has changed to use email addresses rather than usernames. I no longer have access to this email address, so when I forgot the password I cannot recover my account.

I emailed and submitted a zendesk to opencart over 24 hours ago. I only just got a reply an hour ago. My enquiry was not read correctly and they replied telling what my email account was (Not the issue). Of course i've replied but I cannot afford to wait another 24 hours for a reply

I desperately need access to this account as I have a project due in a matter of hours and need this extension.

Is there an quicker form of contact?
