Custom shipping carrier with barcoding

Hi,
Need an extension or a feature for shipping method creation.
We can create unlimited custom shipping method which should offer following features:
1. We can name it as per our requirement
2.We can restrict it on Postal Code basis, Category Basis, manufacturer basis, Product Basis, Amount Basis, Payment System basis, user groupbasis.
3. It automatically pulls the tracking number and publish this tracking number in barcode form on invoice and packing slip. give us a text area to put tracking number associated with the shipping method. Now whenever a new order placed using a specific shipping method the add on should pick a shipping tracking number from the stored tracking numbers (should truncate it from the database) and publish it on invoice and packing slips in a barcode format. Similarly when we need to ship a replacement then also it should allot a new shipping tracking number to that particular order.
