Install - Error at Step 3

Hi all, (Sorry if in wrong area or duplicate!)

i am trying to install a clean 2.0 and on step 3 i am getting the following errors after completing the form with the database, user etc.

why do i get this?

did you really create a matching database on you server, or did you just add some data into the config.php?

i used the MySQL Database wizard on my hosting to create the database, something i have always done before.
