you seem to have two hidden Category Sections, even with 1152px resolution, in the top Menu Section.
Smartphone/PDA-Users will not even see them, neither do PC-Users with Resolution 1152 px or less..., invisible, if not touched my a random Mouse move. I did not check on higher Res.
Use smaller fonts and/or less left/right margin/padding values within the CSS MENU Section related, to possibly align all sections in line.
