Hi Folks,

Thanks to the great help I have got from here I have managed to create my first site. I tried to make it as clean and user friendly as possible but simplifying the already simple default template.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

you need to incorporate more of a personal presence. Your contact page apears like a firewall. With just a contact form. You really should include a city, phone number, address or at least po box or email clearly. I say this becuase before I ever buy something online I always check to see if I have multiple ways to contact someone within the company for assistance. Hope this helps. Todd

yes, adding your contact details, will raise your selling.

Now, customers don't know who to contact, or who is owning this shop. ;)

I agree that you should add an address, but I like the overall design and the clean look. Nice work.

Looks good, but as the others say, you need to include more contact details.

In fact, as you're in the UK (well, I assume you are as you are selling in £) it's part of the distance selling regulations that you have the following on your website:

Address (can be correspondence only though)
Email address
Contact telephone number.

If you don't include these details, a customer can report you to the office of fair trading.

Basic details here:

Well worth having a bloody good read of that site and the distance selling regulations if you want to sell online in the UK and haven't read them before, but reading your T&C I'd say you probably already know this, as you seem to have everything else right on it.

Still, the store is clean, uncluttered and easy on the eyes. nice.
